Future Growth

In addition to the Blue Water Bar & Grill™ presently under development in St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies, Blue Water is exploring expanding this restaurant concept to other Caribbean islands. Over the next five years the company intends to open a Blue Water Bar & Grill™ restaurant on each of the following islands:

• Barbados;


• Aruba, Dutch West Indies;


• Cozumel, Mexico;


• Grand Cayman; and


• Nassau, Bahamas.
