Through its strategic alliance agreement with Taurus Financial Partners, LLC, Blue Water has been granted the exclusive right to participate in early stage equity investments and future registered spin-off transactions.

In a typical transaction, Blue Water will acquire a significant block of stock in an operating business that is in the process of “going public” on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). Once these shares have been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Blue Water will “spin-off” a percentage of them to its stockholders in the form of a special stock dividend. Blue Water will retain the remaining shares for its own investment account.

The company has also acquired an active business license and two active associated directors licenses in St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies. These licenses were previously owned by Mermaid Enterprises, N.V., a limited liability company that never conducted any business operations and was deemed an empty "shell" company. These licenses are required by the St. Maarten government prior to opening a restaurant business to the public in St. Maarten and are now owned by Blue Water Bar & Grill, N.V., a St. Maarten limited liability company, which is also a new wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Water.
