I hear what you are saying here Steede. Think about this though, the oil wells that Treaty is drilling in W Texas has a proven geology and has been drilled and produced for many years. The drillers have almost perfected it. The Tuscaloosa shale you are talking about is very new. They have known about it for years but have just recently developed the technology to go after it. The are dealing with large amounts of very soft clays that make it difficult to produce without "clogging" the perfs and or tubing string. With the right drillers in W Texas and we should have a success rate in the 90% range. Just saying.
