RKT have been guarded to say the least about releasing information relative to the partnership. Have they said anything since the first bright little welcome twitter? Standing back until 1. SEC is resolved, and 2. real production is proved, may have been understandable prudence, but in view of new ties, created through management appointments, continuing silence is surprising, even though, sadly, JBII has as yet achieved neither of these important aims.

Announcement of the site is important in view of validating KR's promise, and also because withholding information itself gives rise to doubt and confusion of which there is more than enough in other areas.
