The Plant being proposed in the med is freaking huge folks!!  Read the article closely.  It seems as the current plans are for a facility that can handle 4 tons per hour!!!!!  32 tons per day if the plant is full and the equipment is working properly.  Located near a major shipping/receiving port!!  Hooolllllyyyyy  shiiiiitttttttt.
