They are insane. Total scammers. Folks can even call out Eleniak on her 314M O/S count she posted!! She is full of shit completely. Detearing is a total scammer. DanTanna is easy to deal with and actually provides an opportunity to educate people. Anyway, I posted this on IHUB a bit ago. It is appropriate food for thought here as well.
The company is getting bombarded at all levels by many shareholders with share structure inquiries. Not really sure how you can say a gagged T/A is bad when it is in fact the morn in the OTC. That being said, the company has kept their word updating their web site weekly with the most current numbers. Weekly! This most certainly is over the top transparent.
Do folks not understand that dilution will continue until cash flow from operations can take over these responsibilities?
Savvy risk investors are viewing and evaluating fundamental growth to share structure increases and cash flow positive probabilities. With a 150B market opportunity that Nielson thinks he can get "measurable market" extracted for EWSI, this tells me EWSI will in fact become a billion dollar plus company within a short period of time.
If you're a long shareholder who cannot stomach O/S increases month over month until EWSI revs surpass operating expenses , then you're going to be unhappy for the next 6 - 12 months. Emotions have no place in trading or investing. If the dilution is ruining your holidays, and you're upset that a T/A has been gagged because they and many others involved with the company are getting hammered with share structure requests, then you should probably sell your position and find something more suitable for your risk/reward metrics.
JMO I have nothing for sale. I am completely comfortable with an additional 100M shares entering the O/S over the course of 2014 if they accomplish what I think they will and produce 100M minimum in gross revs. Hell, I'll probably even be comfortable with 400M O/S if they exceed that number. A higher PPS will keep dilution down, and I do believe there are numerous deals in the pipeline just like the India E-Plant and the now Italian E-Plant that will drive revs hard and fast (did folks see that the proposed plant can process 4 tons of e-waste per shift!!!!)...
Anyway, just some thoughts from a long who has nothing for sale, who is not worried about dilution over the course of 2014, and one who could care less if the T/A is gagged or throwing a free New Year's Eve Party for EWSI shareholders....
