Dear shareholder:
I am writing to report to you a new step accomplished in the certification process, which follows the passing thru the gate on April. On November 7, the FAA granted approval to Baltia Airlines Flight operations Training manual & curriculum, & accepted the Initial Cadre/Check Airmen plan. Training commenced on November 11.
This week, our initial class of pilots completed the ground school training, with excellence! Ground school includes initial indoctrination, Non Aircraft specific & Aircraft specific course material. Ground school is followed by Flight simulator Training(non-articulated & full motion).
We had hoped to do simulator training this year as well but scheduling was not possible before Christmas, & simulator training was moved to January.
Our main objective is Air Carrier Certification of Baltia. The authorization to conduct pilot training reflects on Baltia's standing in the process. We still have a ways to go but it gives me great confidence. These days our staff &* I are spending a lot of time with the certification team at Willow Run Airport in Michigan.
