Joining Baltia’s team in Michigan recently, is Ms. Vanessa North, Baltia’s Director of Operations Control. Ms. North worked as an Air Traffic Controller in the U.S. Army, and has held positions in recent years for airlines as Dispatch Manager and Manager of Customer Service. Most Recently, she has been a college instructor, teaching Airline Dispatch disciplines in an FAA approved Airline Dispatch Licensing Program.
