RFMK already has been using the name in commerce and secured a trademarkia business page (Jan 2012) long before THC Scientific applied for the federal trademark (Aug 2012) so because trademark law focuses on which company had already been using the "CannaCig" brand, it is virtually assurred that this shady application for "CannaCig" brand by THC Scientific will be denied. THC Scientific may have even simply created legal issues for themselves with this charade. It is a non-issue for RFMK. THC Scientific has no product out in the world of commerce with the brand "CannaCig"; there is already a company actively using the brand therefore this stunt to apply for the "CannaCig" brand seems more like a desperate attempt to give RFMK problems but in the end I wonder if it won't just backfire. How silly, and reckless!
