If they used both of the Ensenada telestackers on the API dock at the same time, loading separate holds, they should be easily capable of 3500 tons per hour, "if" they also have truck dump hopper/conveyors and/or 2 big wheel loaders available.
 I tried to get the company to look into a stockpile site just outside the dock area in the past. Start hauling into the API dock area a day or so before the ship is to load so the docks aren't tied up for weeks and months on end because of the slow haul from the mine. That way we could get by, using the telestackers and the easier dock area.. Once the ship is loaded, the docks are still empty if they calculate the number and timing of truckloads correctly..
 Hope they are doing something..  Spot ore just went over $140 this morning
