I just hope that the terms of selling the Mitchel's were favorable.  Geez, what were we going to get out of the 2 wells 5 or 10 barrels…..per day… If they received a payment for the oil and some future considerations, I say take the cash, pay off some bills amd move on..
I see that they are really addressing the TRRC issues and once they are in compliance, THEY REALLY ARE BACK IN BUSINESS and commands the ROI for future drilling.
We have stockton #2 running, stockton #3 needs completion and RE-worked #1 to get back on line…That is 3 wells we own….. And if the Kubacek comes on line….then lets go…..TECO DRILL baby DRILL and TRRC compliant on the horizon..YEAH !!!!
