My point was that when the company through failure to deliver on promises creates it's own lack of confidence, it's the worst kind of "customer care".
It's a point that is virulently dismissed but plays the biggest part in DUTV's current pps and lack of new investors.
It would be nice to have DUTV address this issue JUST FOR ONCE, to show that they are more than just a promise pumping machine.
A little contrition would go a long way to alleviating the appearance of DUTV being a scam.
Of course they would then have to follow through with whatever new statements/promises they make.
Just my humble opinion.
