Any further dilution needs to be halted and 10K needs to be filed and audit needs to be completed.

Since Feb of this year we longs have received great news and progress regarding the fundamental growth of the business but we also have seen the PPS fall from .0093 down to .0007. We are now at .002, I think it's time to put money where the mouth is and allow long term shareholders to get a win here. Yes, yes, yes, it takes a long time to build a real micro cap company, we all understand but many of us have been patient and now real advancements need to actually happen to move us all forward. Cheryl has made most of the progress happen on the marketing and sales side which is excellent, now I think the CEO needs to come through and within the year make previous promises a reality for shareholders and the company. The world of MMJ patients and vapers are out there waiting for RFMK's amazing technologies. The supply chain cannot grow large enough to reach all of those people until the company gets solid financing and capital. There are pre-requisite requirements that need to be accomplished before such funds can come into the company and help them grow; namely the 10K filing, audit and uplisting.
