The only thing keeping me from buying at these depressed levels is the lack of the 10K filing.

I am merely holding right now as I need total transparency going forward to continue accumulation based on how large my position has already grown. Though I still think for those looking to build a good sized position, any price level under the 200 DMA is very good.
