The CF note is ancient history, pre Allyn and Benz. The merits or demerits of the settlement are not fodder for an IR. He'd be talking out of school were he to offer an opinion.
New appointments to the board of directors are highly confidential insider information, forbidden by SEC rules to be passed on to outsiders by the company except officially.
As to the question about KA, IR might have been shocked by the question itself. If COB KA had left SK, his leaving would be material information that would have triggered a public statement.
