Just talked to Darryl in IR. I asked if there were any updates coming regarding the new board member who was alluded to some weeks ago. He said no, maybe by the end of the year, he doesn't know and couldn't tell me anyway because it's privileged info. I asked about the CF note and he said it's existed forever. I asked if KA is still closely involved with the company and he said he had no reason to think he wasn't. I was just kind of firing from the hip and his answers weren't informative at all.
