Management and  consultants were paid to do a job.  You speak as though their have been proceeds from Belize and those proceeds only went to management and consultants which is completely false.  I haven't seen any Belize revenue listed in the SEC financial filings but only expenses.  In addition do you have proof that Belize is all done?  TECO could strike oil in SJ #3 within weeks or months or decide to start drilling a new well with proceeds from the qty 5 wells they will complete in W. Texas.  Good luck with your idea because IMO it will fail!  They could have subject matter experts in a courtroom proving that there are 6mm barrels of oil under SJ #1, #2, and #3.  They could also have SME's in a courtroom proving how difficult it is to get that oil out of the ground. Good luck proving that Belize is a false claim and that oil will never come out of the ground.  IMO Belize's success is just going to take much longer than expected.
