You got it wrong, individuals with shares could have used the increase in price caused by the oil strike announcement to sell at peak value, which is in itself is a good financial decisions.


That has nothing to do with any dollars coming out of Belize operations, wich I believe will be zero.


It has to do with deception with announcing oil discovery, and using this to sell shares.
