cover breasts in tin foil. Put turkey upside (breastside) down in pan in preheated oven - put big pan of hot water on bottom most rack and turkey 1 rack up. Reheat at 225 for...how big is the bird?...30 mins and then turn over to breast side up and give it another 30mins or so. That should be fine for 8-10lb bird as long as you don't take right from fridge to oven. Leave it out, cooked, at room temp for a couple of hours before your reheat.
