I don't know about the website thing...looks like some relationship between the two entities going back a couple years. The deal probably wasn't just about this small debt....they "agreed not to pursue threatened litigation". Looks like there must have been more involvement between both parties and they resolved it. Who knows. Maybe Crystal falls is a potential asset going forward and they want to get paid. It does look like SKTO is attempting to be more transparent and clean up the past.
