Ummm I design websites for a living. I know what a template is. SO why does Crystal Falls website look the same as the medgreens site?

Crystal Falls is listed as a bad debt from before iEquity bought them, yet they got $170 million shares for a $4k loan. Or something like that. Just curious why no one talks about that?
The other question in my mind is why is Gomez spending so much time making nothing sites for others like iequity cancer foundation and now the medscience site and not completing PharmaJanes. He must have spent a min of 1 week each with the graphics. I thought PharmaJanes was the most important. I guess I can't figure why they are diluting that stock to crap and not completing the site.
