"  In addition, we continued the arduous task of reducing our share count -- a task that is still at the forefront of our agenda. " I'm here to tell you that they have reduced the O/S further to 1,062,336,084 and that equals 71,980,000 less shares in the O/S. The R/S = 272,194,409, which makes the Float 790,141,675.
