Thanks bro,  sound very reasonable to me on everything you stated.  I also think he is learning "on the job" and also will "right the ship" soon.
I would hope he is forming a solid team around him to guide him through being a CEO in a public trading company and delegate some responsibilities to better knowledgeable persons in the group to PR, Financials,  Legal etc etc.
