What are your excuses for SJ #1 and #2? An 8K was filed advertising that TECO had struck oil in Belize on January of 2012.  What oil?  If you can't get to the oil based on the numerous reasons your implying than how can a company file an 8K advertising "Drilling success"?  Do we have oil yet or don't we because I'm awfully confused at the language over the years versus the performance!

Read this and tell me what you think.  What did the statement below mean and I quote

" Treaty is in the process of acquiring its own wire line logging equipment.  This equipment will be delivered to Belize on Treaty’s newly acquired tractor/trailer that Treaty purchased to expedite deliveries of time sensitive items that are required for the Belize drilling projects ."

What the hell has been "time sensitive" about anything in Belize?
