I think they are buying up all the 1s possible and then selling them for 2 or 3.  Nice profit if you can get a million shares at a time.  They keep dragging it back to 1 hoping someone will put a sell order in at the market and snatch them up.  I get the feeling mg is correct and that this will do a RS as they keep holding the pps low and appears little interest in buying this low.  RS at 1/100 or 1/1000 and start the shorting again to drive it lower.  SEC should limit what a share can have for a par value to avoid these games.  Make the company go out of business.  At .00001 par a person can issue 4 billion shares for 40,000 and immediately sell them for 10 times at the minimum bid of .0001.
