typical justice-big guilty boys get off with no official admission of guilt ,a fine and business as usual? ,while little guys- if CWRN is an example - who probably werent responsible ,get punished,and the real little guys-retail longs, who had nothing to do w Oppenheimer selling maybe $8400 of stock without registering it over 4 years ago, before most of us even heard of CWRN --get the real punishment.
Shows how far gone the minds of most associated w "justice" and the emperors clothes have become.
Where is the justice in punishing those who had nothing to do w the transaction-and more than 4 years later without notice or due process??
Justice is predicated on the assumption of an equal access and application of the law to everybody -and innocent until proven guilty -punishing the guilty and acquitting the innocent-not the other way around.
Everybody knows there is NO equal legal access,representation,or application-thus the law is suppose to apply equity, but thats largely been forgotten.
Thus those in power get away with far greater crimes-if held to account at all- often no admission of guilt and just a fine,whereas those w lesser legal clout sometimes get scores of years to life.
Once the puppetmaster took over the legal system-as scores of millions believe, law schools etc were used as finishing schools to eliminate anybody who still had a conscience when they entered law school. For in the finishing school I was sent to it was made clear from day 1 that truth, justice and honor were NOT the goal- "There is no justice or truth. You are hitmen. Forget everything you have learned-childhood ideas of truth justice and honor. We will teach you what you need to know " etc What -now I'm in the mob? And the tactics- brainwashing of empty receptive minds.
Most w a conscience fled in disgust in the 1st few days.
If ethics is a joke in school-about the only place where ideals can even be instilled in present society- it will be an even greater joke in practice, for there is no ideal to even hold up as a light in the darkness. Thats why I did not enjoy getting my business and law degrees,as opposed to other degrees-just as I thought when I looked at the people around me when long term memory was formed at age 2, "what is the matter with these people/."
I always pondered when I was young,how do you ever get into a position of power (which I had no interest in in itself-who wants to be king of an unteachable drunken mindblown frenzied 3 toed lizard anthill) to do something good when the system is designed to eliminate anybody from power who does not covet power and injustice etc as a good little puppet. What freedom? Freedom to manipulate others as a puppet on a string and hope you arent similarly manipulated ? No wonder people dont trust govt.
Those who work for these agencies often use them as a stepping stone for more emperors clothes -either the very wall street they are suppose to regulate or other offices- "see how many bad guys I put away"-
so they can have a parade- not realizing the swath of destruction they have sown because they have no conscience left-burned as with a hot iron.
And why do they get away with with it -because the big middle are apathetic- "I dont want to get involved-let somebody else take care of it-I like my lazy comfortable existence", until they wake up one day and realize its too late- one of many lessons of discarded, disfavored history.
