In many ways the deck is stacked against the little guy, and has become moreso in the political arena recently as big business (our modern day false prophets (profits...coincidence?)influence has expanded...as the human element within each works to grow in every facet imagineable. Its the unintended consequences of such one dimensional focus, just stacking progress on that front year after year while stripping away any hope of protection from said consequences.

Some businesses kept going, some sold, and others acquired as fast as they could, giving unprecedented power in the hands of the few we see today. Not only did those leaders profit off of sheer size, theyve also hacked off bigger and bigger slices of the pie. Now those few simply buyout any competition, or smother it before it gets going, while constantly working governments over for more and more freedoms to do what they want.

Decades in the making we are clobbered in the face with American Apathy.
