Not necessarily. The so-called bottom feeders are far from it.  They are VC's, big pharma/biotech, etc.  There are plenty of real companies with real and innovative products/devices getting cellar boxed and being forced to dilute, split, and further dilute to pay for development/expansion while being ignored/overlooked by legitimate suitors.  Google search an OTC and invariably what comes up first is the lying crap being spewed by paid message board bashers while all the good DD gets deleted or buried by the volume of lies.  Google search hits are prioritized by views... the more junk, the more it's hit, the more it's hit, the higher it moves up the page, until all the crap has floated to the top.  JMO.  GL.  $TECO
