If there is any value in the medical cures, devices, R&D that those micro caps are promoting, bottom feeders will pick em up in a jiffy and make a success out of them. If these small caps don't make it, it's simply that they don't disserve to make it. Poor business plan or poor execution or voluntary no execution are very common.
