All HIMR has to do is retire some of Lonnies shares (the ones that added to the OS/AS) and give Lonnie some voice in the matter (surrounding his technology) and the way the company is run.  Why wouldn't HIMR want to do that?  Lonnie said he wanted to do what is best for the company and shareholders and is now being contradictory to that statement.   I have another call in to HIMR AND WILL TOTALLY GRILL Jason regarding Lonnie.  Will let board know his response.
