HIMR*fan, the subject was brought up and combined with another question regarding the A/S.  Jason responded that he could not comment on this without a public disclosure to all investors.  Jason is correct about this in my opinion.  He then talked about the intent of HIMR to clean up the share structure and that they had a plan to do so.  Jason also said Hollund felt it was necessary to restructure.  That suggests (at least to me) we will be told this plan fairly soon.
