In Geos original complaint they were asking for the 3 small used excavators noted below plus a used payloader- (which CWRN has replaced since then w vastly superior equipment such as cat 375,365 and 2 330 ex's)  none of which Geo is apparently asking for anymore- instead Geos been asking-in a change of tactic designed to hurt CWRN for the powerscreen and rock crusher -however in Geos last round in TX not asking for the equipment  but for monetary compensation for such -which does not impact the current cwrn but bob only (and possibly shirley) but not present CWRN

Additional, the following equipments to the Joint Venture:  Yuchai Engineering Machinery Co., China, Three (3) used units model YC225LC-8 excavator Tier II Cummins engine; Yuchai Engineering Machinery Co., China.  One (1) used owned unit model YC225LC-8 rock breaker; Lugong Machinery, Co., China. Power Screen pre-owned Jaw and Cone Crusher.  All this equipments is process of litigation with Cotton and Western in United States.
