Nothing on that, but found this... another JV.  My guess is that these searches only work for registered companies(?).  GT was just recently registered as a public company.

I guess my question is, why isn't there a similar document for PanAM/CWRN?
There are no CWRN Edgar filings per the free search engine I used.
