The 10 Q probably will not be filed by the 15th " BUT " unless the auditors had to leave to help another customer of theirs the 10 Q should be filed sometime in the near future, thus making Treaty an up to date Fully Reporting Company, again. That could get some attention from those whales you mentioned.
