If I were TECO, I would be doing my darndest to get compliant with the TRRC right now so any oil coming out of the Stocktons could be booked under c&c petroleum, our subsidiary and not USFuels or TNC or anybody else. Thanks USFUELS, but we must stand on our own two feet as a company now.. I mean now and with the proceeds from Stockton, Kubacek is then fundable for 13 wells. Hopefully they all produce and fund each other down the line until all are flowing for profits, until the next lease.
If the packer won't come up , then smash it down, disolve it in acid , anything, just get this calamity over with..
