I just checked the CA case register online and it looks like the CA Court is just perpetually continuing (postponing) the hearing on the Geo defendants' motion to set aside their defaults in that case.
That may be at the request of one or both sides or on the Court's own motion in response to information from the parties about the status of the case. Impossible to say, because this case register doesn't seem to record all case filings.
In short, the case register is very cryptic, but it looks to me like it's saying that the hearing has been continued to 12/13/2013; and my guess is that it has been continued that far out so that the parties can report back on what happens in the TX case.
