I cant access anything but the titles of docs on the Calif site/case (-and its been awhile, on the assumption its been awaiting tx conclusion) because i dont have the credit card the Ca site requires-the only one who has accessed more than that from the inside is ocat  to my knowledge-others have said they dont get substantive info even w such a credit card there. But i dont think the issues in the CA case will hold back financials like the Tx case.

last I knew there was to be a hearing this last August in CA on geos motion to remove the entry of default entered against it in CA Dec 2012 - but that date was set many months ago when geo showed up w such motion june 7 out of the blue
