The current PPS reflects the tech quite well.
Instead of thinking the market is rigged and the price should be higher (much higher by you way of thinking likely), why don't you accept the market for what it is and play it appropriately?
Find a good stock that might be something in 5 years according to the business cycle and macroeconomic trends, but in the meantime will protect your money and maybe pay a dividend.
If you are going to play an OTC stock like JBI, best to get in early, play the marketing-driven runup (ie. pump), then sell.
