The permitting program needs to be ahead of the drilling program. At some point it becomes synergistic, because you get enough revenue flow to afford two drilling platforms and then three and the next thing you know our OS is only 250,000,000 and then maybe Belize hits.

The paradigm is exactly the opposite of what we all thought it would be. Everyone thought that Belize would be the driver.
