News out of Belize pending and quarterly numbers about to take us back to public information and out of pink... Problem is that most established shareholders are overweight and underwater with this stock.  Potential incoming shareholders tentative with PPS action and many many false starts and stops...  Big $$$ tend to wait until a stock has a firm hold on it's business model and all tides are stemmed.
