During the time your ADVFN L2 was showing upside down bid/ask, Quotemedia showed no trades whatsoever after the 0.0104 @ 3:17pm E.T. until the 3:59 trade now. These are two different quotation services. Funny how they both messed up in different ways with SKTO.
