Correction - @ 15:20 I took a snapshot and it showed CSTI on bid for 200 @ .01 and ATDF on ask @ .01 for 900.  Then my next snapshot @ 15:31 shows the CSTI on the bid for 1,000 @ .0101 and ATDF on the ask @ .01 for 900 and it remained that way until close.  But sales were being recorded.
