The profile of PIMD International looks absolutely right in meeting the specific needs of Scrips, including rapid expansion over the next six months. The generation of "significant additional revenues" is set to happen " immediately upon the acquisition's closing expected to happen this quarter". I have left those words in bolds because of their intrinsic importance. Once again, the CEO has shown his capacity for taking the right initiatives.
