I agree but based on my last two posts;  are there any eyes on TECO?  I guess a PR announcing CFP sometime in the near future might wake it up or will it take the 2013 10K filed by what month in 2014? Some people might feel they have plenty of time to wait for a buy in or are willing to chase it.  Who knows but I look at all sides;  business fundamentals, credibility, filings, share structure, the market, etc.  SOON!
