if there was a lot of volume say in 2 or 3 days on good news the chart would not support a price over .03 for very long because it would be overbought. the best thing that can happen is a slow climb in price regardless of volume. but if the buyers out number the sellers on high volume in a short period of time the chart will give a signal of overbuying and the price will come back down.
