Got word that the Driller for Belize San Juan 3, Bill Hardin that has a $65,000.00 lien against Treaty, says he spent thousands of his own money in Belize and Treaty refused to repay that or his salary in Belize. He currently has the Schramm 450 and the large Wilson drilling rig, with all the mud pumps , pipe, water and fuel tanks and generators locked up in his yard, and has liens filed on it all.

First of all Mr. Hardin is not drilling San Juan 3 . He drilled San Juan 2. Treaty has no problem with Bill Hardin at all. Note the date on the documents in the link! If any lien really existed today the TECO Auditors would be all over them, and it would be commented on in the last 10-K and 10-Q's.
He should be arrested and put away for the damage he does to shareholders that act on his lies!
