Low volume "today"? As compared to what other volume? With an ever growing 1.3B OS; TECO's volume has been relatively low on a daily basis for years as a percentage of their OS.
The only time volume was decent was for a couple days during the January, 2012 Belize PR i.e almost two years ago.
