It appears you may be reading this correctly Mrose33. Although these statements could mean they have the concession, but can't log yet. I suspect this is likely. Remember, it took a full year or more for Coast EcoTimber to obtain all the necessary permits for logging.
Since this is called a "preliminary statement," we can expect further explanation to follow. The question I have is how much of a delay is there? Is this a major glitch or a small hick up?
