Maybe I'm just being pessimistic at this point, but the one thing that jumped out at me from this "communication" was this.
Blog post on 9/26 said this of the Bayano deal, "But we have got to be honest, as this is the company’s first true concession, getting from Point A to Point B was not a simple task. In fact, it became quite the chore." Indicating that they had made the LOI an actual "true" concession.
Today's post says, " Now… Upon our announcement of entering into the LOI to secure our first concession, while it was a happy moment for us (management and shareholders), in an instant, we learned valuable lessons regarding the landscape of politics and respect amongst the honorable tribes in Panama’s Bayano. This experience prompted the appropriate and immediate ceasing of outward communications pertaining to the pursuit of the Lake Bayano concession." Indicating that they are still in pursuit of said concession. Am I reading this correctly?
