I'm sure you've looked at the TECO website by now but an overall Texas minimum of 39 BPD and maximum of 67 BPD.  I'm  fairly certain those charts were recently updated but were dated back to June or earlier prior to the update.  If expenses remain stable and IMO that's a big "IF" then maybe 100 BDP is the magic number and TECO can become CFP within a month or two i.e. by years end.  You all know my stance.  Quite a bit has been "said" before.   Show me the money!
